So a private seller but finance can be arranged - how does that work then?

Surely must be a trader?

Nothing suspicious I can see, either he's a finance broker or he has a mate who is.

It is possible to arrange finance on private sales although it can be a ball ache.

Except that he's advertising another two cars for sale, with the same offer of finance...

If it's the same Zahid Iqbal that plays cricket for Pakistan finance will probably be arranged by the local bookmaker (allegedly)biggrin

This offering on eBay is the same guy (same mobile number from his X5 ad) who is trading on eBay as Performance Cars Sheffield so that might explain things a bit:

Can't spell 'ceramic'.
Saying it's a Lambo engine.
Only five services up to 70k - is that right?
Looks and drives like it's done 20,000 miles. When it's done almost that every year for four years?
And the finance thing.
And an undeclared trader.

Yeah, looks a minter.

back to the topic of financing private sales - it can be done through a specialist broker - it used to be easier (I have done it twice now) but changes to regulations now mean that it would be more likely for the finance broker to arrange for the transaction to be completed via a third party (dealer) who will probably take a small cut as part of the deal.
