Alloy refurb companies

Does anyone know of a good refurb company in or near Southampton? I need all 4 done on the M3 as they look pretty awful (previous owner was, well, less than careful!).

As I need all four doing, I know it's gonna be expensive (19" ones too), but does anyone know roughly how much the average is that these fella's charge? Also, can they do anything about oxidisation? Don't think it's happening yet, but the condition of them is conducive with on-set of it so want to cover that now before it becomes an issue.

I've used the Wheel Specialist several times now (they've just repaired - flawlessly - my AMG 18" alloys that I'd badly kerbed, they'd previously done those and the wheels on the OHs C class) and recommended them to others, all of who have been delighted.

I've only used their Leeds branch but if the rest of them do a similar job then you'll be very pleased.

Cost for 18" is about £320 all in - drop car off first thing in the morning and come closing time pick up with good as new, powder coated alloys.

I've use the one in Fareham for the OH's wheels on her Elise. They did a fine job. If you pop down to the South Coast area of PH you'll find plenty of people happy with their work and probably some suggesstions for alternative companies too.

Meridien in Bournemouth recommended Acorn Alloys, 07968175403. I've not used them myself yet, but if they are good enough for Meridien's stock then they'll be good enough for me.

Either way, please let us know who you choose and what you think of the work, always good to have some extra reccs.
