It does need a spoiler. The US and Japanese version has one, so why not ours? We can't order it in blue with gold wheels either. Once again we get the stty end of the stick here in the UK. Thanks Subaru!
Blimey, you know how to make the winner feel good!

The high rise spoiler is available as a dealer fit option, so if you want one you can have one. Crossroads' demo has one fitted.

I prefer the look without TBH. smile

Well done, I was hoping to win as I'm approaching ten years of PH. They obviously chose you as you have just had your birthday smile

Great car, almost q'espue without the spoiler which adds to the appeal for me.

Me too. If the car can cope without it, there isn't any need to have it IMO. That said, I like the subtle look.

How long before it's in the Classifieds!?

Only joking, hope you enjoy it! Must be a great feeling giving a car away but I can imagine it's better receiving it!
Would've been in the next day if I'd won, to fund an R32 with a few mods smile
Though I guess putting at the end of your entry "I'd like to win the WRX so I can sell it to fund an R32 project", wouldn't go down too well hehe
So you would sell a nice brand new car to fund a massively inferior car? Mental

Congratulations, you must be chuffed.

Wouldn't want a spoiler anywhere near that myself. Only thing I'd probably change is the tints on the rear window which are a bit odd. That said I guess you can leave your coat on the back seat without anyone nicking it.

Enjoy

Well Done Rob, however, what a horrible looking car! Front is nice, but it looks like a BMW 3 from the side! And those wheels..........

I presume you would have given that car to me then, if you had won it? Especially since you hate them and I love them.

No, I thought not.

ETA: Rob, what mods you doing to it? biggrin

Suggested:
Ported headers
3" decatted exhaust system
Panel Filter
Andy Forest Remap

No plans at the moment, but I'm all ears ears

Any recommended reading? Reviews/threads/blogs/forums?

I have to admit I don't know much (anything!) about these cars, but I'm keen to learn.

biggrin

Scoobynet and NESF are the Fora I regularly approach, some are mongs but the others, they know their stuff. biggrin

Seriously though, the above will get you to around 400BHP (You may need bigger injectors) which to be quite honest, is easily enough as it'll still be drivable. More than that and it becomes a willy waving contest to be honest.

Really like the Saloon versions of these, so much better looking than the hatch!

Congrats Rob, enjoy it.

P.s Exhaust/intake/remap is mandatory on these cars.
