Agree, best looking 4 seater convertible on sale at the moment. The Ferrari derived engine would also be a very pleasant sounding thing I imagine. Do Mazerati's still suffer from tremendous depreciation? Could well consider a used one for £20k in a few years ;-)

Lovely looking things in pictures, but on the road they just look too big for their styling, somehow.

Sorry, I'm going to need a minute or two alone with my thoughts.

That is gorgeous, and I am only reading on a 4" screen.

Must. Work. Harder. I need this in my life.

Oh boy, I could insert hundreds of Italian cliches into this post. But I'll just dribble instead. cloud9

They are a large machine and I see what you are saying.

Will Maserati be releasing a smaller coupe/sports car I wonder? Something 911 or Cayman sized perhaps?

Borderline perfection for me! Only reason it got "just" a 9 was because they have priced me out of the market for one, i.e. it'll be more than £30k! frown

If this follows the usual Maserati deprecation curve, just wait a couple of years wink

Oooff. Tough choice:

OR

OR

And don't give me any of that 'they're not rivals' nonsense. They're all 400bhp+ gorgeous slightly more hardcore/sporting convertibles around the same price (okay, the Pork is cheaper).

If it were my everyday car, i'd have the 911 GTS. Weekend toy? Aston.

Easiest choice ever, I'd take the Mazzer.

So size does matter!
In this case yes. I saw it in magazines and thought of it as an Aston or Alfa 8C rival. In fact in real life it looks and feels closer to a Phantom cabrio in size terms. I may be over exaggerating, but not by much.

I parked next to a white one (non S) at the weekend and it was exactly the same length as my e39,something that my wife strangely didn't think a suitable dinner table conversation topic. Must be the biggest non Rolls/Bentley soft top since the 124 Merc.

I wouldn't call an E39 massive by todays standards. Besides this is a genuine 4 seat convertible, I think the size is reasonble for what it is.
