Had mine done last year, no regrets smile The black wheels just disappear into the arches, especially on a black car, and the orange brake dust was driving me nuts!

That also looks great. I guess they are Satin Silver?

Its called 'RS White Gold 539' or more usually 'Weiss Gold'. You find it on GT2RS etc.

Its a pale gold colour, not silver.

I think id go for a dark silver colour maybe for your car?

I've never kept my car cleaner - can't wait to properly drive it!

Mine was Carmine and Porsche Wolverhampton repainted for me, £600 I think.
That is a beauty.
Wheels are perfect.
I am not a fan of black wheels.
With black you can't see the details of the design.

One of the best looking GTS's I have seen, congratulations.

Hi Guys,

Looking for some advice.

Currently drive a 991.2 GTS which is great but love driving new cars and want to try something else.

I use the car daily but put only 5/6k miles a year. No kids but back seats are useful for the occasional 3rd person or bags.

Is there anything which I should consider that can be used daily or is sticking with the 911 the smart choice.

Recently got the centre locks painted GT Silver. (Cant make my mind up about the stripe - easy to remove)

If you don't have kids you really ought to branch into something 2-seater before kids come along and it just becomes that much harder to justify a 2 seater.

Thoughts

AMG GTS
Aston Vantage
991 GT3 Touring

I had an AMG GTS earlier this year. Didn't gel with it like 911.
Never driven a Vantage but had a 2014 Vanquish which I loved but didnt enjoy it in Winter.
991 GT3 Touring would be ideal, but more than I would be looking to spend.

I want to be in the £80-£110k region.

I reckon you could just about squeeze into a GT3 manual if you find a private one

I drive mine quite hard so 4500-5000 miles max. 12k on the front and still life left. PS 4S’

Does anybody have a copy of the 991.2 GTS (2017) price list?
You used to be able to spec old cars online via the pork website but not sure you can any more?

Anyone?

I had a 991.2GTS in GT silver and one of the best Porsches i've ever owned..I much preferred it to the 992S i owned for some bizarre reason.!
Painting the rims not a problem and i'd go Platinum personally as its my favourite Porsche wheel colour..Classy and don't show up brake dust like the silver rims do.
I agree with John, Johnathan. My brother had a touring in gt silver with platinum wheels and it looked epic. GTS looks great in GT silver, mines graphite blue and black rims suit the colour tbh.

Bit quicker than the GT4 isn’t it!

Finally got round to painting the wheels. Satin Platinum as per GT3/4. I think it looks great. Also now on Cup2's with upgraded Girodisc brakes.

Was on track for the first time on Friday, the car is mega. Way quicker than my old GT4. These GTS's are such a great all round car, great daily, fab for touring and very impressive on track. What more do you need?
