I told them about your plans to add wonky stickers ... hope that won't affect it smile
Andrew - good evening chap , I hope that this post finds you well ? Wonky stickers are cool - everyone knows that - at least I can post a photo the right way up - just saying whistle
Congrats!!
Thanks - I have to say it was much, much harder work this time round - going to get some counselling to ensure I don’t end up in the GT bun fight in future - need to get off that merry go round - I’m done smile
It's worth it, assuming you are getting a manuel? Truly excellent car! Even with the red seat stripe, red stitching and PCCBs smile

I was 'advised into ceramics' by RSVP who assures me they are brilliant. Plus they give the R vibe to the Touring. And no brake dust!!!!

Many congrats RSVP on persevering in your GT3 allocation. I feel compelled to celebrate on your behalf so have just popped open a champagne bottle. Have also ordered a kebab.
I'm expecting another bunfight next spring to secure an RS and am willing to do anything to get one.....and i mean anything..whistle

I know steels will be awesome and I’m not that worried about resale yet as I plan to use the car. PCCB look better and have no brake dust but I don’t I’ll notice the unsparing weight difference.

If it was a Touring then I would have had to spec them as steels would have looked too normal. With the wing - really no need.

I do love the look of them every time I see one though.

Congratulations - was it ever in doubt? There would have been a PH revolt.

Should pass 1000 miles this weekend. Like it far more than the 991RS!

Very nice of you to say - I wish I shared your confidence in my allocation - my mum also said it would be fine, but she’d say anything to shut me up when I’m rolling around on her floor in a ball crying whilst sucking my thumb - no empathy that woman - she’s never driven a GT3 you see smile

Cheers Taffy, enjoy the Fizz and the the “key bab” - tonight I’m giving the Greek meat a miss - first Saturday without it for weeks !

Re RS - you’re on your own (metaphorically speaking as obviously you’ll be anything but) - I’m too frail to fight anymore - can’t be arsed with the whole process - just going to do what cmoose suggested and enjoy what I’ve got and stop worrying about the next one - it’s a hiding to nothing. Drive and enjoy - mines going to be my DD and will have st loads of miles put on it - my 991 RS has only got 2000 miles on the clock : too worried about taking it to work - not this time - it’s coming with me everywhere !!

Keep well chap.

BTW : Now I’ve got a car coming, can someone else plan a get together in the Spring - I’d do it but I simply can’t be arsed smile

Well done Rich - you will love the manual - mine is now officially run in and hitting that 9k rpm zone - sounds amazing, but the best thing about it is the feel you get with it being a manual. 3rd gear from about 70mph when joining a "de-restricted autobahn" is comical - think Warp Factor 10 Mr Sulu smile

Cheers terry - do you remember when we spoke via FaceTime when I was showing you my 991.1 GT3 and you ended up buying one from your OPC - seems like an age ago - keep well smile

They must have given him Demon’s Car as they read he didn’t want it any longer.

Looks like Sytner took a while deciding the worthy ones - same as they did in round one.

Carbon mirror caps would look good with your spec R.
