I had already checked and the rear diffuser-headers clearance was ok.
This morning the mechanic removed the diffuser and listened.
He sentenced that the rattle comes from inside the engine.
No idea of what it is, they sent an audio file to Porsche...

Threads on Rennlist are full of people saying they have confirmed allocations from US dealers for Q4 this year ? Seems weird given that I think the information from UK OPC's is that they don't think they're getting more cars ? Also if GT3 RS is March at Geneva with production from Sep would they really produce GT3 RS and Gt3 at the same time ?!

My car is due off the production line in early April which is about as late as I have seen anyone on here say they have as a confirmed build date.

I can guarantee they will continue GT3 production after September although none will be registered in Europe due to impeding emissions test coming into force Sept 1.Whether this will apply to UK GT3s only time will tell.
North America will IMV receive a third allocation in the fourth quarter..

Has anyone seen an agate gen2 GT3 in the flesh? I've gone metalic black with red interior due to steels but having a last minute wobble as mine goes into lock in imminently. I've currently got an agate gen1 GT3 now and although it looked great when I first got it I'm wondering if it might be a bit bland for the gen 2. I''m completely happy with the spec but I just cant decide on the external colour. Also does anyone know where I can get a Sharkewerks bipass exhaust in the UK or do you have to have it shipped directly from the US. Or are there any other alternatives here for a more raw sound?

Personally I'd go Metallic Black...think they look fantastic with the red. Especially in your case given you are coming from an Agate 991.1.

ABP distribute/stock/fit Sharkwerks in the UK...Chris from ABP is a member on here and I am sure will be along soon!

Have you seen Metalic black in the flesh? It might look good with red decals and tinted windows but just don't want to make a mistake and live to regret it. Saphire blue and agate are the next two choices withoit interfering with the red interior. I have a fire black Mclaren 650s I hated after I got it as thought it looked bland and didn't show the lines but after I put orange decals over it, it transformed he car. I'm hoping the same thing will happen with the black if I go for it. I haven't seen anyone on here thats gone for black though and thats another thing worrying me about it.

I'm going Met black and cant wait.
Ive specced the lighter wheel colour for a little contrast
I don't think there is that level of fine detail on the car for it to go missing with black body panels.
But it hides the quite cheap looking black air intakes and rear wing end plates etc , if they were in carbon that would have been great!

Agate is a great colour though, for me the car was too big for agate. but that's a very personal thing!
isn't the pec car blue? looked really nice too.

I have but not recently. If you're in London I noticed on Porsche Retail's twitter feed that OPC Mayfair has just taken a 991.1 GT3 into stock on Basalt Black metallic so worth a trip if you're local.

Just got the call from WilliamsCrawford, Passion for Porsche, and they have just completed fitting mine, they say its immense and they are sure I will love it, so off to pick her up now, cant wait, may even have to go towards Plymouth for no other reason than to go for a tunnel test session smile

A couple of questions. Any idea on what it would cost to replace the 4 way comfort seats with the buckets (and I am confused about the diffeeences between the two variants)? I had always ruled out buckets because I am too big for them and the seat belt buckle coming through the home in the side uncomfortable. However, I liked the ones in my PEC car...

Second, is anyone getting the message “Making Emergency Call”. Seem to remember seeing something about the car thinking the airbags had gone off. My car then says “Emergency Call Failed”. Not sure whether that’s one problem or two...
