Solihull cars all club sports as per my post yesterday,
Lots of choice if you want clubsport or buckets ,virtually no comfort specs for sale, ones that have been sold almost immediately .
sold at a drop in price :-) I know this for sure on some models with chairs. £170k will get you a chair model.

really ? Cars that have sold in a day are having their prices dropped whilst cars that have been sat around for a few months are not price negotiable ?
Please link me to a car I can buy at £170k ,my friend is looking for one.

So few days into ownership experience and she's simply stunning. I understand the hype entirely now!

Mats with matching stitching and a Racing Yellow key organised.

Yup— JZM had a heavily specced, super low mileage red Comfort Model.... Sold relatively quickly, but was £15k cheaper than equivalent Clubsport models...

So the flippers spec’d them wrong this time?? Comfort sec wins and sells quicker!

Hell I may even be able to sell my bucket seat comfort spec - phew thought I would have to give it away. 😂😂

Mind you it’s heading to 3k miles already so if 911R’s calculations are right mines worth £10-15k less than anything else out there already. Plus another £5k off for steel brakes so I think I must be down to 991.1 prices! Once its at 5k miles in the next couple of months it’ll probably be below the £100k at retail and around £80 to trade. 🤪😂. Madness!

You have to have floor mats with matching stitching, cars with it are worth an easy £5K more, the market really values it.

The car has deviated yellow stitching - unless I’d opted for the Exclusive mats they’re not matching. Also little touches like that are important to me.

There’s a clubsport with ceramics at 175 I imagine 170
Would buy it,so it’s about the same price wink
The cars for sale suggest clubsport with ceramics has become the flippers choice .

Although, if that’s the Clubby one I’m thinking about, it’s by far the highest miler currently on the market (4K).... In cars this new, that makes a huge difference....

Hmmmm..... It’s also not got front lift: like I said previously— seriously devalues these cars.... Good saving if you don’t fancy lift though, and don’t mind a few miles.....

Well they follow to a tee £10k less with 2k miles on them as I stated.
The cheaper of the 2 no led lights which imo make the looks on this model.

The Miami Blue OPC Sutton car looks nice for the price (relatively)— high spec/low miles/manual— but lacks PCCBs.... Like front lift, ceramics seem to be worth more on resale than their initial cost...!!

Always been the case with the 991 GT3. No brainer option really.

Crucial on the RS reflected in steel braked cars worth up to £20k less.

.

True.... But doesn’t seem to create the same price differential with the GT4..... (Clubsport Pack/918 Seats being of much greater value, re-sale wise, than PCCBs on the 4).... Seems almost a “necessity” on a GT3 these days....!! Crazy really, when these cars are often bought to flip, that the speculators didn’t delve a bit deeper into the market for these cars before speccing them up....!!

Agree pccbs make little difference to resale value over steels on both the GT4 and Spyder.

The Redline PDK GT Silver is still on Autotrader...heard from someone here it has been sold to a collector?

Looking the price trend....PDK no more than 175k, with steel are worth no more than 165k imho, +£5k depending on spec.

Unbelievable how many have been put on the market in the past few weeks, and growing like mushroom...it's not autumn yet! lol
