Central Locking Control Unit - repair?

1994 car with the above unit and not the 6 pin relay as fitted to later cars. I have the later relay on order and maybe fit it if I cannot have the original unit repaired.
My preferred option is to keep the early type unit. So, does anyone know a repairer of these units as they are no longer available?
