Virgin Media Business broadband
Discussion
I'm a big fan of VM's home products. In my experience they've been reliable with solid speeds.
But their Business (or in my case, public sector) products are absolutely shocking. They're reliable, in the sense the lines rarely go down, but otherwise the performance is terrible. High latency and response times (using fixed IP addresses), some routers have to be rebooted every 5-7 days due to ramping, complete lack of communication between their sales, techies and account managers.
