As this is an appreciation thread, here's a pic of my car (the red one) taken recently at a meet in Wimbledon London.
It's morning meet and you need to be there early to get a decent spot.

I've had my car since Aug 23 and love it.

Well thanks to the last couple of pages I’ve decided I need a guards red manual 997.2 S/4S in my life.

Please and thank you.

Is there some sort of queue we need to join?

The queue for the 4S will be rightly shorter.

My goodness...a guards red 997.2 just looks so right! I had an S manual for about 18 months; bought from the good people at RPM Technik. I absolutely loved it. In a moment of what can only be described as utter lunacy, I traded it in for Ferrari 599. That didn't last long and honestly I still bitterly regret selling the 997.

Blue ones are the fastest.
Trigger's broom just after the 4.1 rebuild.
And, yes, I have fixed those rusty rear cross members wink

They're my favourite wheels and they came with the car :-)

Apparently they're really light, or so I've been told, but I've not investigated.

It is. Albeit a bit fierce sounding at high revs with PSE and the manifolds and 200 cell cats. Luckily the torque means you tend to short shift a lot.

I did this in May last year. Well, 997.1 anyway. I love it.
