A continuation of the Q4 thread - all welcome.

If anyone wants to do tables and charts, please feel free.

I'm 76.6 kg as of Jan 1st.

Immediate target is 40 days from now, off on hols. Realistically, I'd like to be 74 kg by then. Anything under that's a win.

End of Q goal a more realistic 72 kg.

I have soup, oranges and grapes on my desk and had a decent brekker. I'm adhering to the "you can't outrun a bad diet" plan - that's to say, the food has a far more significant impact that the exercise...

Weighed in this morning at 102.8 kg, target weight is 85.7 kg, so a 17.1 kg weight loss target. Trousers were a little tight this morning.

Will cut down on the drinking, step up the exercise and monitor what I eat using MyFitnessPal.

15 st 9 today, 1 st 2 pound heavier than my previous lightest last year, think some is just due to being full of food but definitely a stone has gone back on.

Aiming for 14 st by the end of Q1, I have said no alcohol until I hit that and intend to stick to it as a motivator.

I’m in for my first go at Phat Fighters.
Two years of surgery, bed, little exercise and a diet of sugary drinks have left me looking like the Michelin mans wee fat brother. I’m starting this at 97.7kg. I was just over 100kgs at Christmas. My target for Q1 is 90kg.
My goal for 2018 is to be fit and well enough to trek to Everest base camp in October and to be as strong, lean and fit as I possibly can. Mrs always used to say I was like a racing snake.

Weighed myself yesterday and again this morning, coming in at 116.5kg (18 stone 5)

Mega unhappy with that, but it’s the starting point...

Goal is 4 stone lighter by the end of the year so I guess this quarter will be 17 stone 5 for the target!

What’s the crack with weigh ins? Just as and when or is it a set thing?

I'm in, start weight 127kg's.

Targeting 95kg's by the end of the year - so Q1 target of 117kg's

ETA to upgrade my starting weight as I'm a fat fk and put on 2kg's over NY

I think generally once a week - say each Monday?

Good luck everyone. I'm back on MyFitnessPal - it keeps me honest.

Rather shocked to discover I am tipping the scales at 17st exactly, so I most certainly am in. Would like for my weight to start at least with a 14. Think Monday weigh ins are a great idea, maintains the focus over the weekend.

Weighing in at 125.6kg this morning. 20kg down on this time last year so looking forward to making some more progress this year! Was a bit lazy at times last year so aiming for 105kg this year.

I have fired my fitness pal up and will keep more rigorously on top of it.

Would like my currently snug racing suit to be loose.

want to see 2 stone gone by the end of April and be a low 12

I'll be back in this quarter, tipped the scales at 102.8kg yesterday morning so 2.3kg up on before christmas, which is rather frustrating given my good intentions. I did plan to at least make it to the gym a few times to even out the binge on everything else but I haven't been for 2 weeks, it does at least give me renewed motivation to crack on.
Aiming for 95kg again but I will be hitting the gym harder and changing my diet to give myself the best chance of beating the goal.

Going for it this year, after a few years of broken legs and the associated lack of exercise, I’ve added a load of weight back on. Planning on losing 14lb by end of feb hopefully.

7lbs a month? Unless you are 50stone surely thats hillariously difficult to do and keep off?

2lb a week is a sustainable and easily achievable rate.
