e65 stuck CD

First time I've tried to load a CD and it won't recognise the fact there is a CD and it won't eject.

This isn't the CD changer but the single CD player.

I can find plenty on the CD changer getting stuck but bugger all about this. Any ideas?

Then you can at least see whether you’re getting power, etc...

Pain there isn't a manual release.

Edit: on the power note, I can switch tracks/radio stations using the physical arrow buttons on the CD player.
