Are these BMW special sales events worth bothering with?

I’ve had a letter through for a supposed invitation but since then seen endless Facebook pages inviting everybody so decided not to bother. Has anybody been to one this weekend. I’m in the market for a new/ nearly new M3 soon so could be tempted by a good deal now. But don’t want to waste my time (although if they are offering 0% again it will make it a worthwhile trip). Or is it the usual sales bull? Anyone been successful this weekend? Please post example deals. Thanks in advance!!
