Like the Black.
Should be an embargo on Co-Op Blue, anyone speccing that or any 911, should have their allocation withdrawn immediately on the grounds of an abject lack of taste.

I am just happy to be getting one ! It’s late because if the yellow stitching and a couple of other boxes I ticked.

Congrats to everyone that’s got an RS and blimey that RS2 looks sodding awesome.

If I was going WP I’d be very tempted to go black. Without WP got to be Lizard Green surely ?!?! Although not sure about the Lizard Green seats I’ll be honest.
Well done you, a fantastic car smile

Hello fellow Porsche enthusiast's,
First post on here but felt it appropriate to share my incredible news this week! I was phoned on Wednesday by my OPC to congratulate me on being one of the lucky few to be given an allocation for the .2 RS!! So excited to say the least. Visited the centre and did all the configuration business yesterday.
I now have a very high spec .1RS available if anyone is interested. Its got a massive spec and is a PTS model with only 1500 miles. I know you are probably thinking it's for hiding away in the garage. I can assure all of you the intention was to use on track but due to a massive stroke my mother suffered I have not had the time. I also paid well over as I am the second owner.

Seems all initial run RS buyers got the same call on Wednesday, with spec to be locked down by Friday and deliveries exepected April/May. Four going to my OPC.

I would guess quite a few - what a cracking colour for an RS.

Shame there wasn’t a stand out colour for the regular 991.2 GT3. Slightly disappointing options.

For a non-WP car I would go full Lizard. What an amazing colour choice biggrin. If I was in the market for a 1.2 RS I'd go WP (I am awaiting of my 3 Touring instead) and then it would need to be balck due to the carbon body panels for me.

Just let it go and spend your money with nicer people

Visited my OPC today to pick up my Cayenne after servicing..I enquired to several sales people and their response concurred in that they were totally in the dark on how many allocations they were given or who or if they had been allocated..They were guessing they were given 2 or 3.
I'm guessing that the allocations have already been allocated and the lucky ones are sworn to secrecy and only the DP knows who's having them..I'm not really fussed as i'd have wanted the Weissach pack to get the Ti cage and the Mg wheels..Apart from the admittedly desirable Lizard i personally don't see it as £30K worthwhile upgrade over my new 800 mile GT3.
As i'm already guessing and making wild assumptions i also think this first wave of RS's will be the only one available for the UK..I base this assumption on the highly unorthodox and very rushed allocation process even before the official launch in Geneva..
I suspect all EU RS's are currently being allocated to beat the September 1 deadline of needing the new Particulate filter fitted..All RS's built after June i suspect will be for the ROW market and therefore unaffected by this deadline..I strongly suspect that no 991.2GT3 RS's will have this new filter fitted due to insurmountable engineering reasons.
I hope to hell i'm wrong on this as i really wanted a WP RS however as all my friends will testify i do seem to possess a crystal ball deeply ingrained in my rather pitiful brain..

Interesting.

And what did your crystal ball say about the Gen2 GT3, can we now take it that they are definitely all finished for those that are STILL waiting...?...

My fallible crystal ball tells me definitely no more GT3s for the UK or EU for exactly the same reasons i cited for the RS.However the ROW will get a further third run of allocations when the factory reopens in September..
Anyone who's getting a gen 2 RS has been given the proverbial golden lottery ticket IMO..And i'm willing to bet my bottom dollar that a few of of the first and extremely rare ones will be flipped for £300K+..

If the first wave is it then yes, 300k plus easily...

Cheers, Taff..

Edit add.. I am amazed you practically will have the last GT3’s being built with the RS. Has this ever happened before...?..

Our cars will be twins and may even arrive on the same day - that would be cool. Nurburgring in May??
