Aston Martin DB9 non start

Hi , I have a second generation DB9 which won’t start , the battery is fully charged and checked by RAC , when you insert key all electrics and ignition come on then when you push key in to start nothing happens ? The car is also parked with the bonnet under a bow window and I can not move it as don’t know how to get into neutral . Any any help much appreciated
