As far as I can see it looks like there are no 2nd batch WP cars for sale on here, hopefully that means they are going to enthusiast owners and not the re sellers

With plentiful premiums to be had that shows the strength and attachment that these cars maintain with their owners

Even the phishing dealer adds seem to have disappeared on the basis that even if they hook someone they won’t find a car biggrin

This is something that no other brands seem to experience, it must say a lot about the emotion the NA and race pedigree holds

sorry to say a lot of the 991.2 RS were flipped for WP cars and that just means a load of 991.2 non WP cars for sale instead !!
Also no( ok 1 or 2) WP have arrived yet and you could buy slots from 3 of the main dealers already for a WP car ! and even ebay !

well the slots/ build might will have hit deadlines by now, so these cars will be for sale with the spec from the buyer already rather than a custom spec which was offered, unless people bought those slots, we will never know.

But a nice choice of 991.2 RS for sale now instead !!

But there are still none on here which must mean a very limited supply of flipped cars. Also I know from experience that many who got a batch one car are not getting a batch two car from there dealer which I think is a sensible approach

off topic because I saw it in the above pic - a dark grey 991 Speedster drove past me last week - good looking car for a convertible

Yes I think Porsche have fixed the Flipping market , by flooding the market with GT cars , so from now will be better for all .

Flooding the market, are you sure, it’s taken me since 2015 to get a GT3RS in fact it’s taken since then to get any new GT car

I hardly think the allocation of between 2-4 GT3RS per dealer is a great deal of cars!

You getting an allocation proves hunters point that the market is getting flooded I suppose.... hehe

They are all doomed to plumett,as the new one is already around the corner.
Also piston heads is a very small percentage/minority of owners and cars, much to the disapointment of the so said market steering attempts to a very small fish bowl.
I suppose it keeps people from bashing mclarens eh taffsmile

Maybe nobody is that bothered as the 992 is just around the corner? Based on Porsche’s recent track record, the regular 992 GT3 will be as good/fast/responsive/engaging (take your pick) as the outgoing RS and by some accounts will be made in larger quantities, so why pay big overs for a 991.2RS now?

The first batch cars don’t seem to be selling either and the whole market is flat/declining, so it’s a limited crowd that will be fighting over a second batch car with WP imho. Any 991.2RS is still an epic car though and good value at, say £180-190k but I can’t see a huge scramble for the 991 from here on.... just my view.

Well since you mention it the 600LT’s already at £160k something are becoming hard to ignore, mind you that’s a hefty old drop from £230-240k purchase prices

Funny how some hark on here about the old car being the better lighter more engaging car, 997 being the true pure GT and the 991 being a lardy old bus with too many tricks, now all of a sudden the very electronic with wet mode and pot belly square chinned 992 will be the new King, hey Taff biggrin

Anyway I still doubt you will see large volumes of 992RS but time will tell

would you not rather have one pre petrol filters !!

I don't see any extra value in a WP car with filters myself ! infact it's a bad thing !

rather have a pre filter car, set of BBS Fi-R wheels and a trip to Manthey for a sus setup and still be ££ cheaper then buying a WP car at the £250k overs they will be.
