11 cars now up for sale on AT, and I know Ashgoods have just bought one on CC. So that’s at least 12 on the market. How many UK cars have been delivered do we think?
Can the £250k prices last? Are they really selling at that money?
I’m following with interest. When do the first UK Tourings get delivered?
One sold a couple of months back at my OPC for £217k FWIW. Shark Blue PDK but with Full electric seats IIRC.Can the £250k prices last? Are they really selling at that money?

Pretty sure there is a guy in Scotland who has taken delivery of his Touring, one of the first UK cars apparently. Can the £250k prices last? Are they really selling at that money?

Isn’t it a sad state of affairs that A. They had the brass neck to sell it
B. The “owner” wanted to make a quick quid
C. It had comfort chairs
There will always be a subset who are the sort of piggies with sufficient wealth, influence and persistence to get to the trough first and also not be able to resist the money and bragging rights to make just a bit more on the flip.

217k buys a lot of nice cars and with the 60-70k(?) profit you then own the other car at a much lower man-math basis, so kind of understandable. I'd rather own the 996 GT2 CS on the Pistonheads front page than a 992 GT3
Money in one car is the same as money in another. If you don’t want a GT3, but something else in the first place. Plenty of people really want one to use as intended, without constantly looking at values and mileage.
To use the other analogy mentioned, don’t be a little piggy.
This is a blanket statement by the way! Not aimed at MDL who quite clearly would rather go a bit more old school. Which is equally epic.

Quick question. I like the idea of neodyme wheels to go with the agate grey that I've specced but am unsure what they look like IRL.
Just found these pics. Are they representative? Am thinking neodyme's brighter in reality. Appreciate that much will depend on the light, but would be useful to know how bright they are. Thanks.

I think the Configurator is a reasonably accurate representation - much brighter than the picture above.Just found these pics. Are they representative? Am thinking neodyme's brighter in reality. Appreciate that much will depend on the light, but would be useful to know how bright they are. Thanks.

Thanks. And yes, I fear so - having done some Googling. Shame. I like the subtle look of those in the pic.
You must be able to find a car with them on somewhere to look at IRL. Last weekend I drove 7 hours to view a PTS paint colour for my 992 order. It seems extravagant but it’s a £7000 decision that I don’t want to get wrong.

This is the Maritime Blue 944 S2 I went to look at in Norfolk, it had a windows out respray in 2018 so should be representative of modern Maritime Blue paint.

It was a toss up between Nogaro Blue and Maritime Blue. Ended up going with Maritime. I locked the spec last Monday, delivery May(ish).
