Yep underpriced obviously given how quickly it sold being a manual even with steels and 7k.

That car should have been £146k all day long which puts ceramic braked cs with 4k at £155k.

But, but no no no - the 992 GT3 has been reviewed and now all .2 manuals are worth less than list. Surely?

Really?? How does that explain the red car at rpm technik and the GT silver car at octane collection. Both well specced and still for sale. Maybe you should buy both of them given you are very capable of getting trade bids at £147K as you would turn very tidy profit.

Indie sales make far less money than OPCs.. Unsurprisingly.

Tecknik car 2017 not 2018 and no front lift also no mention of number of owners the Agate 2018 car was 1 owner with lift and buyers will always pay more for this.

As ever the best 1 owner proper spec OPC cars sell at the best prices ££.

You seem to have mileage on the brain, do you actually drive yours and what mileage is on it , just out of curiosity.

Yep I've driven it a substantial 5k.

Mileage is of no interest to me whatsoever though as fortunately I have several cars to use like most other PHers with GT3s but what most posters re mileage can't grasp is that is free market forces at work and how it affects the price. No different to any other £150k car. £1500 per 1k miles is about right. If I was paranoid about mileage I would have flipped mine with delivery miles in 2018 at £180k but I didn't as I love the car and like other PHers actually consider it the Porsche GT sweetspot.

Remarkable thing is Porsche are actually less affected by mileage v price sensitivity than the equivalent priced Mclaren or Ferrari.

My 991.2 is going in to my OPC for an oil change and MOT on Monday. They rang me on Friday asking if I wanted to sell it....never had that phone call before. Buyer rang me and made the point that as AV says 1 owner cars are rare. Although having blown smoke up my arse he then bid me £125k “ maybe more” ....”we’ll retail it for £135k” ....of course you will. Mine cost £139,500 before road tax back in 2018...so it’s very high spec...6 k miles so I’ve used it a bit.

Before anyone asks no I am not selling. Personally if I had a PDK and used on track I’d be looking at doing the trade into a 991.2 RS. What’s the price difference ? £40k ?

A set os ST brakes is £9k so fitted north of £10k I assume ? You’re not far off the cost of a replacement set of PCCB discs at that level ? I guess it’s all about how they actually perform...if they are as you guys say that much better on track in terms of performance/robustness then I guess it is worth it if you do track your car a lot.
I have my almost new PCCB's boxed up and in an average year I am saving £2k on brake pads ... how long must I keep the car before the ST's are free?

And I can transfer them to my GT3 whenever I want to ... if I want to.

As TDT says, the last I heard a set of new PCCB's in this size was £18k + pads + fitting.

Have a chat with AV, he can apparently get trade bids of £147k!

5-6 k miles in 4 years ......hmmm if it were the sweet spot would be more surely , no Euro trips , long weekends with the lads to do 40-50 laps of the Ring and a day at Spa on the way back , 2 k miles in a few days most on track . This is what real Porsche nuts and drivers do , and hence 20 k miles in 4 years . The real sweet spot was the air cooled years , the 993 GT2 is the fun car .

My low mileage, one owner, high spec, manual GT3 is going to my OPC for an M.O.T. on Wednesday. This thread has me half expecting to get an offer for it while it’s there.

Not getting an allocation for a new GT3 before an M.O.T. is required for your existing GT3 might be the most first World problem ever.

COVID delays. We are all in this together, stay strong.

As I mentioned above my car is going in on Monday, I will see what they say about pad wear on my car. Will be interested to see what they say!

9k for the full set of ST, Front & Rear.
Isn’t it 10k per axle for PCCB?
4k + vat per rotor last time I checked.....
That sounds more like Ferrari parts pricing - even happier now that I looked for a car with steel brakes last year

6k miles in three years for me but it’s not my only 911 and my kids are of the age where they keep me pretty busy. Family cars do 30k miles a year....none of which is commuting or work. My time is not my own unfortunately smile Today I’m doing 150 miles taking my son to play cricket.....GT3 can’t go as his kit bag doesn’t fit ! Should have ordered a Touring or not fitted CS. Wise after the event smile

All that said whilst I love every minute I spend in mine even if I could I wouldn’t; daily it. Better cars for the job.
