PCM issues

Hi all

I’ve just had a problem with my PCM 3.1 system. First the radio and phone connection stopped working so I did the re-boot process. This didn’t work and the display was showing ‘TV’ which I’d never seen before. The sat nav was functioning and the phone but no music connection from Bluetooth or radio.

Then the system started turning off and on every few minutes which then reduced to just a few seconds.

Any suggestions on how I might reset this system or suggestions on repair/upgrade options would be appreciated.

I had the issue when it kept turning off then on; that aside, everything worked normally but the map wouldn’t load.

Turns out the hard drive had shat itself. PCM replacement from the OPC. A but heavy handed to not try and fix it - I understand there are companies that will try.

Warranty job but IIRC it was a couple of K..

It’s not common, but isn’t unknown, either. Worth scouting out a company that can properly diagnose and mend it.
