yep think i"ll need to get them sprayed in the new year. least they are not bubbling any more.
the finish is great, think the colour would look great on lighter colour body.

Yeh I think too dark. Been through a similar dilema myself.

Anything dark only looks good on light colours and if you are going to have them on a dark car you need the silver lip Porsche do which then doesn't make them look so small. Dark wheels look smaller without a lip of some sort. On the size of wheel you have I would leave a bright silver. If you want a different look id by a set of 19s in black with a lip.

Or use them as a winter set with winter tyres on...

They still look good btw - just a shade too dark IMO as others have said...

im not keen on black wheels on a black car but thats just my opinion..

Too dark, they need to be black or a light colour.

They look ok, but I think you need red or yellow painted calipers and the coloured centres to break things up a bit?

Hi Rob

They dont look quite right do they? I would sell em on ebay and then get a set of these.

Agree with this.

Rob - is that the satin platinum?
Looks a lot darker than mine, but could just be the wheel design accentuating it?

Ditto. Always liked the look of Minilites.

My old rally car from the 80's.

I think they look fine. I agree re the red calipers, though. What happened to yours? cry

Shiny shiny light silver wheels look great until you use the brakes and then they look dirty. Dark wheels may be the way forward for the man who wants to drive his car AND have it look clean most of the time. driving

I think you get red calipers on an S & black on a 2.9. I prefer black calipers.

Let the other half drive the car for a week, it will come back with all wheels kerbed.......oh dear a refurb is due!
I think most outfits charge the same price if it is a full refurb or just a touch up respray.

Too dark. This colour looks better on a white car. Got it on my GT3.
