will these fit my 2005 gen 1 boxster s ?

Hi All,
Just planning ahead for the winter months with my new to me Boxster S, I'm looking at buying some winter tyres and wheels, I have 19" carrera's with pilots on at the mo for summer but as I have had winter tyres on all my cars for the last 5 years I want to ensure my Boxter S is sure footed in the winter months.

will these wheels fit my boxster s ? :

Front: 6.5J ET55 will plan to fit:Continental
205/55 R17 95V WinterContact TS 810 S

Rear: 8J ET40

plan to fit:Continental
235/50 R17 100V WinterContact TS 810 S

will I require any spacers?
