Thanks...the points you make seem valid but £20k spread on prices is a little confusing to my mind. I know this question will probably be a can of worms but what are generally considered must haves (not fussed about it being a Clubsport)?
One persons 'must haves' are not necessarily the same as somebody else's. You need to decide what you are (honestly) going to use the car for and find a spec that suits you. There are many people (some on here) that talk about about CS and carbon buckets being a 'must have' but the truth is the CS pack is a pain unless you are tracking the car regularly and the buckets don't suit everybody who want to use the car away from the track. I would try the seats first and go from there. I find the 18 way seats perfect for how I use the car, Euro tours and weekend blasts. For me the deep carbon buckets are extremely uncomfortable on a long drive and a pain to get in out of, they look nice though. However, I know other people love them, its all personal preference. Leather is a good option, and carbon lifts the interior. PCM and phone are a no brainer. PCCB's are fantastic but the track warriors seem to prefer steel discs. Personally I don't see any issue with using PCCB's for a few track days per year and they are a nice option, they look good and the lack of brake dust is great - for me. As for colours, I personally like guards red but have a white car which also looks great on a GT car. I'm less keen on the darker colours on the GT4 and I would never consider a yellow car no matter how good the price and spec, again all personal preference. For me the GT4 is not an everyday car. Although I have done 5300 miles in this one and some long trips.
As it's a GT car, I wanted a GT spec which for me means bucket seats. You need to try them, they really are not hard to get out of.
You simply place your palm on the sill and push up as you're getting out. I suppose it can depend on how agile you are but for most people its not an issue. The fixed buckets are also, usefully, electrically height adjustable whereas the folding buckets are fixed.
Get out there and start shopping. I love car shopping!

Cheers for the tips and trips... Any routes from London to Brighton any can recommend?
The train? The direct route - A23 - is no fun.
You could try A3 to Guildford. Then A281 towards Horsham; A29 to Pulborough; A283 to Shoreham then A27 into Brighton.
Or A3 past Guildford to Milford; A283 all the way to Shoreham.
Early or late, as otherwise you will just be frustrated by traffic.

in 2015 there were 211 sold and registered, add on the 2016 cars and there were 498 sold and registered and by 2017 in total 507 cars sold and registered.I've never really understood this website so can anyone explain these figures?

But there are always a few cars that get incorrectly registered by the Dealer and the DVLA system doesn't pick them up correctly so there will be a few more.
Also some cars may have been written off or exported.

How many left takes its figures from the various DVLA sites, twinfan is right in that 595 were registered new( this is a pretty accurate figure as all cars are registered on delivery to OPC/arrive in the country and not when a buyer collects) But as said this number could have reduced due to cars exported to countries in Asia where they also drive on the right so the how many left site could be correct in taxed/sorn numbers
