I believe you need to weigh them to check wear. I think I also read that you need to swap PCCB pads when they're around 50% worn to minimise disc damage.

I really think PCCBs aren't worth the cost and maintenance hassle/risk. YMMV of course.
Unlike GT3s, ceramic braked GT4s are worth little more than steel braked cars. Especially if you are going to track it more than a few times.

Same really goes for caged GT4s over non cage.

That pts colour is also marmite and not really worth a great deal over standard colours to the general GT4 market especially with the yellow stitching.

These factors together with non OPC car, tyres, mileage and looming major service costs really means the car should be a few thousand £ cheaper than it is imo and that's why it's not sold.

True mate, it needs a major service, just spoke to my OPC, roughly £1100, Cup2 tyres £1200 ish? Then if you want to warranty it £1500?

I'll look at all the figures tonight and pop my offer into Ashgood tomorrow.
Have to say - I will be jealous if you do get that. Colour is mega and contrast with Yellow just works.

I think it's clearly already priced to get interest - then its just down to the prospector to be aware they'll have to spend to put it right... and negotiate accordingly to get a further saving.

I think you're over thinking the service strategy because of the strange way it's been done so far. I guess the first year service was just a preventative oil change. I'd get a minor done now and then a major done next year (when it's properly due for a major - 4 year or 40,000 miles) and then it's all back on schedule for following years.

It is very nice, but the deal needs to be right for me. My BGTS is still fun but I just fancy something else after 3 years, change for sake of change sake i think lol. But I do want more punch.
If you want more punch the GT4's not the car sadly over a GTS to offer that.

If you want PTS Voodoo Blue go for the AG car - mega spec and MEGA colour - standard cars maybe cheaper.

Great spec and great colour so shouldn't hang around too long.

Colour sells on these cars

Yes the midrange punch is not a gt4 party trick it's very revvy!

I would always urge PCCB the difference in the steering is remarkable. On the 981 there was no excuse not to tick the box at 4 grand.

I agree with this. I had PCCBs on my old GT4 and it transforms the car far more than it does in GT3s..At £4977 a relative bargain which is more than i can say about the ripoff £3k the Cage cost when new..

What's wrong with the red one at Howards Lotus in WSMare? Seems a good price but been around for ages
My old car. Sold it to Howards late summer 2018. Nobody wants chairs it would seem. GT04 ‘plate, full car PPF. Nice Comfort spec car. People seem to think +10k miles is high on a 3 yr old car these days! There is still a big spread on GT4s and if you are open minded on spec and buy on condition there is value to be had.

Its got the seats I'm after and for once someone had the merit to order dual zone climate and not the wk manual AC. well done Sir. I'm not fussed about the mileage if the price is right and condition stacks up without a hard track life.

Lovely touring spec car that... even has leather contact points... steering wheel and gearstick.

In a GT4 I'd want Alcantara and Buckets 100%.

Yep, but it depends what you are going to use it for.
As something to use almost as a daily, sports plus seats and leather will serve well, but for a bit of special, Alcantara and Buckets give you the sense of occasion and addition poise and connection.

I do believe it's the same one I saw back in November 2017 up for £90-95k, even then I thought it was well overpriced and that's why it's still up for sale. Think its be come a showroom feature and perhaps will be there for another year!

I’m sure everybody on this thread realises that 911R’s current mission is to talk down GT4 prices so that he can afford to buy back in, once he sells his GT3 for a profit. 😂
