Guys who were interested in the bolster protectors for the carbon buckets.

Had the quote back from the trimmer on the bolster protectors having matched up a suitable Alcantara colour match.
He can’t give me an absolute price till he has made some and knows exactly how many covers we can get from a metre of material, but a reasonably close estimate is around £175 - £185 per pair.

Depending how many people would want them I wouldn’t want to have to front the upfront cost of them.

So anyone genuinely interested, I would need a £50 non refundable deposit via PayPal to secure your set. Then the balance on completion and I can get them sent out.

Let me know your thoughts.

I'd rather a worn bolster than that thing.

I'd be up for a set @frayz

I think they're not as bulky looking as you photo makes out...mobile phone camera lenses do that.

Mine looks so perfect at this distance. I think a good percentage of that front bumper is made of stone chip touch ups, however. laugh

Now back on the road with new AC rads, new coolant hoses and cross pipes at the front end and a full geo. I got the garage who did the geo to max out the negative camber at the front and the car now turns in considerably more enthusiastically. Now need to get some more miles on it!

A friends looking for a manual 987.2 S and there's currently only ONE listed on AutoTrader. That must be a record!

Never mind trying to find a manual R...the S is hard enough now.

Wondering if someone could do me a favour - I'm looking for a pic of the back of an original wheel centre cap in silver.

I've lost a cap, however the originals I had are black as my car used to have black wheels. They have 5 tabs on the back whereas all the replacements I can find (genuine and otherwise) have 10. The silver ones I bought last year had the 10 tabs and never fitted as well as the original black ones do which I think is part of the reason one made a bid for freedom. Hoping to find a part number for an original silver one.

Cheers.
