Hi - I've not done this myself, but as you've not get any informed responses, I'll give you my uninformed one!

I've had them adjusted on my car, but by the OPC. The bars have 3 different holes at each end for the different settings, so it's basically just a case of undoing the nut/bolt at each end, re-positioning the bar, and then reinserting nut/bolt.

To do it I would imagine the suspension has to be unloaded, so the car will need to be off the ground. And I think I was also told that a different length bolt might be needed.

So basically it's easy if you've got a lift. If not you'll need two jacks so you can get the whole front/rear off the ground

Reuse bolts, no need for longer ones. Car should be on a flat surface whether on the ground or on a lift.

You can get access with car on the ground, I’ve had mine adjusted that way on track days.

I had mine middle/middle however IIRC Chris Harris hated it this way.Basically he said it understeered, so in Portimao he had the rear changed to hard to reduce understeer..Probably more to do with loosing the rear up for showboating camera footage..!

I had mine changed from middle middle to middle stiff. I think it improves the balance on turn in. However, if I was doing it again I would probably go soft middle instead.

because he drove a stock understeering geo :-) and had fixed toelinks so that's all he could do.

just set the car up right and you go middle/middle, the cars way to twitchy with the rear hard if you start to push, and the car rolls too much front soft, the front rolls enough anyway and kills tyres as is.

Middle /hard is a 80% road setting if you dare not change toe links or have a proper set up done.
