Prior to my previous post regarding stone damage to my radiator after 1 months ownership, I am pleased to report that i have had Zunsport grilles made for my 718 GTS and they look absolutely fantastic!

They do look good. How much, where were they fitted and what was involved- did front bumper have to be removed ?

In response to your query WG. They haven't been released just yet so i don't know 100% how much they are. The process is that they literally just clip into the aperture, no bumper removal necessary. Captandy kindy brought his car here to us as a development car so we could make these grilles. I'll be happy to let you know when they become available smile

I have a 718 Cayman S and am interested in these as well. Do the S grilles just clip in as well? I am just trying to work out whether I could fit them myself (bearing in mind I am clueless about stuff like this) or whether they would need fitting?

This is entirely down to personal preference, the standard 718 Cayman S Grilles aren't exactly easy but i wouldn't say they're overly difficult to fit either, If you'd rather get them fitted for peace of mind we can offer that too.

Again, another who would be interested in this, we have a 718S with just that type of frontage. It's a daily use car and already hoovering up rubbish every week

At the moment they aren't released as this was the development vehicle to make the grilles possible, however over the next few weeks they will become available! I'll drop a reply here and on the Zunsport Facebook page when they are.

All Porsche's should have these fitted ..just one word some OPC will see these as a way out for any warranty claims esp in the new 718 where most will still be under warranty.
They do look good my son has them on a 997 GTS not tecky at all and fitted them in 30 mins

Captandy, they look great on your 718 GTS...

Had them fitted to my 911.2 tts. Definitely worth it and look good too.

any chance of seeing some shots showing the whole car with the grilles on?

very difficult to get an idea of the overall look with such a tight shot.

Zunsport offer a loyalty scheme of a 15% discount if you have bought from them before. They allow friends to use this too

Or, if you own a Cayman, join the Cayman Owners Club. It's free to join!: http://www.caymanoc.com/forums/topic/273-zunsport-...

thanks but unless i'm not seeing the images there are none of the full car, just one of your bonnet and some close ups smile

this is a shot of a full car (random google image):

looks like the grilles might go a long way to fixing that 'gaping' look of the sport design package.

So are these okay with regards to Porsche Warranty? Thinking of getting some for my 981 CGTS, I’m guessing you need to notify your insurer of the modification too?

I only fitted mine in the centre of my CGTS to protect the middle radiator only.
