Thanks guys. My wife wants me to get bose. Is it noticeably better? Also she is insisting I get chalk.
Chalk with black wheels does nice. Any customers here check that box?
Make sure you see a car in Crayon/Chalk first .... most people love it but some people (including myself) have the affliction of seeing a brown tint to it. Photo’s are not reliable like they aren’t for many colours. Chalk with black wheels does nice. Any customers here check that box?

Haha. She is doing payback as I always pick her car color for our family car based on whatever color they're willing to discount the most . Right now our x5 is due back on lease and I found a leftover x7 50 for an amazing deal (20 percent off!)
I do like chalk though. Still changeable so I'm driving 2hr to the dealer tomorrow morning .
Just haven't seen it in person. Bose I'm good with or without.

btw the only colour to choose is the fastest one, which is (clue in the name) 'Racing Yellow'

As to your quandary over the SPYDER most look nice buy CRAYON looks a little bland again my opinion ,its your cash your spending.i have had 2 RED SPYDERS ...the GENTIAN looks stunning .you will enjoy the car no matter what colour you choice
Picked my Spyder up today and my OPC said only 3 Spyders have pass through the dealership so far with no more cars confirmed.
Seems very low numbers not sure if the GTS has taken over some of the production now.
A friend asked what does 718 Spyder drive like compared to your 981 Spyder.
Well it feels more so much more planted IMO
I’m not sure if a driving experience can actually get much better. Like driving a car in some sort of computer game.
Enjoy people this is a great car. How do they keep pulling this off. ?

Thanks for great comments guys and congrat’s to the other chaps that have also collected over the last few days.
Day 2 and another 120 miles of fantastic country road driving complete - God I love this car!
I just can’t get over how seriously good the suspension, handling + PCCB’s are, but when you combine this with the engine/torque and the way that PTV and the diff control it when you turn in and get back on the power out of a corner (you can feel PTV kicking in, the yaw movement and line tighten)....absolutely planted... as GT98’s says,...it’s computer game like... and incredibly addictive!
I can’t see how it could be any better.

Ptv is just another driver aid which dulls down the drive and ruins rear disks on badly driven cars which are set up to under steer, hence all the rear disk issues....
Just sayin :-)
Everyone, nice cars!
I spent a couple hours looking at Miami and chalk in the sunlight (on a macan s)
I ended up choosing chalk. Both were stunning! The chalk seemed to show the lines more to me because my eye kept getting drawn to the brightness of Miami.
You absolutely cannot go wrong with any color.
I added at the last minute fire extinguisher, interior trim in chalk, and the GM recommended I strongly do auto dim mirrors. I ended up getting them. It's probably nice to have

Topaz have just posted some lovely pic’s of my Spyder on their Instagram page...

As I posted previously... Paint correction, Full PPF and Ceramic... another fantastic level of finish and service by the Topaz team, I highly recommended them.
