My suspension is at 80,000 miles now, the front shocks are noisy as heck, so I'm thinking of getting all the shocks and springs replaced.

I wouldn't mind a drop up to an inch, but that's purely cosmetic, I think the car handles and rides well in the stock setup.

B4s all round comes to around £700 ish, I can't see how much stock springs are, but I assume around £300.

At that price, plus 4? hours labour, it's only a relatively small amount more to get the Bilstein B12 set (which I understand is B8 & Eibach springs), or even the B16 PSS9 set (no idea what that is, but it has some ride height variation).

I'm on 18" wheels, standard width tyres.

What's best for spirited road use? Track use will be infrequent at best. And how much does it cost fully installed?

That's tempting, but how much better than B8s & H&R springs will that be? And it's more than decent coilovers which would be more flexible. It the Spyder suspension different to my 987.1, would my geo be off ?
