Yes put you’re not comparing like with like. A delivery mileage GTS4.0 will also likely be 10% down on List. Then the difference is more like £6k and that feels worth it for the engine swap.
Good luck trying to buy a delivery mileage 4.0 GTS with 10% off ! Made me laugh. Firstly the dealers won’t be putting any on pre reg and any demos will go back on close to list after 3 months or so use in the usual way. My car had 10 miles on the clock it had never been used Porsche911R said:
You cannot normally choose the final payment !
That’s why you have a gfv which is normally low anyway.
Third party finance houses dont give GFV its just a deferred balance. So at the end of the term you owe the baloon payment regardless. No option to hand back or trade in. You pay the balance, the agreement ends. That’s why you have a gfv which is normally low anyway.

Sure, at first you won’t, but it won’t be long. By the end of the summer there will be stock cars available, I’m sure. yep there will be 70 odd demo cars, I am sure every show room will have 2 all for sale after 3 months.
I like the car, and it's on my radar after the 3 years PCP boys have to sell :-)
Atm I will keep trying for a 2021 718 Spyder with my OPC, no rush.
I cannot afford these sorts of cars and the drops they will take.

As ever, the availability and residuals of these cars used will be broadly governed by the manufacturing numbers.
it's the main Boxster and Cayman model to sell, there will be 1000's this is built till the EV 719 now.Good value at late £30ks in 3 years I guess.

Yep anyone reckoning these will have anywhere GT Porsche residuals could be in for a shock.

I guess they will be more like £55k on a nice spec with 24k miles.Good value at late £30ks in 3 years I guess.

Long term though could be quite desirable.

This. I think twinfan once quoted the numbers of 981 GTS' UK registered 2013-16 as 410 PDK and 135 manual so if similar numbers over the next 2 years for the 718 the residuals will probably hold up quite well, just like the 981.Porsche911R said:
The cars are so bad out the box even GT cars, that only a "proper driver" will bother to get a geo done out of oem nanny bullst settings.
if you are not changing the geo you are a wannabe poser.
I could upset people and say PDK owners are not proper drivers
Business as usual at the PH mental health clinic.... if you are not changing the geo you are a wannabe poser.
