I love Aventurine but also struggled to find a wheel / interior combo that is a good fit. I am considering full on 'poverty spec'.. just the Aventurine green and parking sensors, standard black interior (although leather seat centres gives heated/ventilated seats for 951GBP which isn't bad), standard alloys. Does it really need anything else?
I think it goes well with standard silver wheels. I love the gold wheels but pics of that combo look terrible. But most of them are showroom pics with harsh lighting. As for rest of spec , I need to have a word with myself, but reckon it needs a few of the comfort and interior options just to make sure it doesn’t lack options that would be standard on most cars. Things like dimming mirrors and interior lighting that lift it but don’t look exciting on the spec sheet. Decisions decisions! Dealer calling me tomorrow. Currently hovering on this but it’s punchy at that amount.

Thanks for the replies on sportex, I think I'll stick with it. It does look a bit drab in all black but by then looks of the configurator it's comes with the full leather interior and the crayon stiching.
Aventurine looks really nice, our OPC had a 992 with platinum wheels which looked good together.

Great spec. My Cayman GTS is similar. GTS package a must have, 18 way seats very nice. Thanks, I like to adjust the rake of the seats. Standard 2 way are ok but for me could do with fraction more angle. It is something I could maybe do without. Agree for me GTS needs the GTS interior otherwise feels like missing out. Other options look great. Fan of black/crayon and the dark browns too. Debadged with luxury interior more S+? Not that that's a bad thing as such.

As if anything could be any more infuriating than climate control NOT being standard in a 70 grand car, a GTS interior isn't standard on a GTS model. I have an order in for one but won't be splashing £2k on this option - nice though it is. Agree for me GTS needs the GTS interior otherwise feels like missing out. Other options look great. Yep.
Here is an example. It's not quite how i'm going to do it, but not far off.
3 years.
68k car
15k down
8k miles a year
51k balloon at the end of three years
£350 a month
Interesting. Is that from a Porsche dealer? I tried to get a quote today and was told the car isn’t on their finance system yet. Here is an example. It's not quite how i'm going to do it, but not far off.

I’ve been quoted that they only retain 55% of there value after 3 years?
Someway away from GT product residuals !

I don't believe that quote either after looking about.
still cost you £30k to run one for 3 years either way ,which is too high on a ave mid price car imo.

I tweaked it to my liking :-) keeping the GT silver option, cheaper also. as every one says buying new, = buy what you want, that's why you pay for a new car.

might give you ideas though on my spec in that colour as you were asking ;-)
Thanks for the thoughts. Unfortunately I'm about 1" too wide in the shoulders to get comfortable in the buckets, but apart from that I'll consider some of your changes. The configurator is indeed a dangerous tool....PLGPS480

Wish they would bring back lapis blue.
If you go and see it in the flesh I don't think Gentian is a million miles from Lapis. The Configurator does no favours for Gentian.Yep... here’s a shot of Gentian and Platinum wheel combination I took at the OPC the other day. Won’t let me upload here for some reason!

Yes I have seen it the flesh - beautiful colour or should I say colours because it changes depending light and I went with that and with the same colours combination known as porsche exclusive but kept the red callipers on my Spyder
