I refer you to my past post!
Haha. Well I did manage all the discs and pads plus brake lines without any issue. Everyone provided lots of helpful advice which I really appreciated

Bleeding the brakes would have be no issue at all but hadn’t been aware of the need for software, so that’s the next hurdle.

I’ve got other cars and I like to learn to do things myself so it’s no biggy

I didn't mean to come across rude.
Modern cars are an absolute ballache to tinker with nowadays.
Soft thin metal made of cheese.
And the need for computers to talk to the Damn things.
But yes, this place is a weaith of knowledge and help.

Hi, I will be keeping an eye on this thread.
I have had the callipers off mine and replaced the fluid a few times and never had a problem. I sealed off the pipes when I took off the callipers so never had an empty system and never needed to sort out an ABS problem.
Wish I could be more help.

While you're under there and in the mood for fun; those brackets and brake lines look like they need a bit of tlc; I'd get them cleaned back to bare metal if you can, then full prep and paint , with liberal waxoyl on the lot. Avoids replacing it all in a few years

Hi all, I've moved the brake bleeding question to a new thread as it's quite different from the original post:
