Heard from my OPC this week. Build completion from mine has slipped from end April to end June. Only to be expected in the circumstances.
Dealer said there could he additional delays as production needs to catch up post the supply chain issues. Hopefully have it in the Summer at some point.
PEC next weekend so looking forward to that. First time actually driving a Porsche!

Has your spec been locked in or are you still able to make changes?Dealer said there could he additional delays as production needs to catch up post the supply chain issues. Hopefully have it in the Summer at some point.

Anyone noticed on the configurator, that when (with the view of the car being in side on profile)..... switching from any other colour to Racing Yellow, the racing Yellow car drops in ride height?
Possibly a marketing ploy where the yellow car was the chosen colour in which Porsche marketed the GT4?
Anyways, glad I've got my deposit on the (Lower) Racing Yellow car. https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/imgs/2.gif

Nice.
What spec you go for?
Shark Blue, Platinum alloys with black callipers, PDLS Plus, manual and buckets (no brainers for me personally) silver stitched interior with yellow belts/midnight marker and white dials. Plus all the usual nice to haves that Porsche are so good at tempting us to tick as we edge towards six figures…..What spec you go for?
Very much looking forward to next Friday having been Porscheless for 5 months now, my longest stint for many a year (a third world problem I entirely concede in these troubling times)

Hey guys,
After 6 months of waiting I took delivery of my GT4 in Shark Blue on Saturday!
The advice shared on this forum has been great and really helped me in deciding my final spec.
Still buzzing from collection day and looking forward to the upcoming Porsche drive days!
Looks great - have you got any more pics from different angles? After 6 months of waiting I took delivery of my GT4 in Shark Blue on Saturday!

Cheers - looks great.
I’ve spec’d mine the same and it’s due in June.
Edit - looks like you’ve gone for blue stitch / carbon door sills as well - literally same as mine though I’ve gone with the Porsche crest on centre armrest.
Thanks mate! Really happy with my spec choices. I’ve spec’d mine the same and it’s due in June.

I don’t think you can go wrong with either crest or Porsche logo. Pretty much went though all the options in detail with the Porsche Pro advisor.
Two things I didn’t go for were the inner door sill guards in leather with speed blue stitching and the climate control panel in leather.

Awesome. Yeah I didn’t go with leather inner door sills as they’d soon get ruined when getting in and out of the car.I don’t think you can go wrong with either crest or Porsche logo. Pretty much went though all the options in detail with the Porsche Pro advisor.

Did you go clubsport (can’t make it out from pics)?

My thoughts too! Don’t want to be worrying about scraping the leather each time I get in and out.Did you go clubsport (can’t make it out from pics)?
Yeah chose the clubsport package which was a pricy option but looks great!
Are you going Manual or PDK?

Yep, I've got PDK and clubsport.Yeah chose the clubsport package which was a pricy option but looks great!

I ticked all the options apart from:
- Speed limit indicator - handy if you have a car with HUD
- Dashboard trim package in leather (the strip next to windscreen inc. the dash side caps) - I was concerned the blue stitch would reflect on windscreen and it's expensive for what it is. Looks good though and can see you spec'd it. I did debate this one for a while!
- Homelink - I wouldn't use it
- Coloured dials - they look garish IMO.
- edit - leather door sills too

I didn’t go for the Homelink or coloured dials either for the same reasons.
Saw the comments about the stitching and the reflection on the windscreen but think it would be increased with a lighter coloured stitching such as silver or yellow. Haven’t noticed it with the Speed Blue.
Out of interest I asked Exclusive Manufaktur whether it was possible to have speed blue door pull loops as those are an option on the GT4 RS for £109 and they said it would cost around £1,200.
Also asked whether they could do the steering wheel rim marker in speed blue instead of yellow and that was around £2,000.
Did you go for aluminium pedals? Decided not to go for them for two reasons; 1) how the surface would grip if a little wet and 2) the quality is questionable from what I have read.
