Picked up a GT4 yesterday from Porsche Portsmouth.
GT Silver, manual, bucket seats.

GR Yaris went to create the space.
A lovely 600 mile drive home.

Any decent UK based forum groups to join?

Lovely colour, with a fantastic private plate to go with it.

One of those ‘If you know, you know’ plates.

Saw this is the handover bay last week when I went to collect mine. Looks great - enjoy!

Can someone confirm that early 718 GT4 don’t have a GPF and if so how to confirm this? I have a 20 plate but unsure of manufactured date.

Thanks. Appears maybe a US thing.

US market cars have a GPF to, what you may have picked up is the exhaust system inc GPF is different for the first built cars vs later builds.

IIRC the factory changed over in feb 2020. So for 2020 built cars it’s important to find out if the car was built in Jan/Feb or Feb onwards as a different fitment is needed.

Worth noting Porsche fitted gpf to the later run 991.2 2019 GT3 RS wheras the earlier run 991.2 GT3 RS cars were non gpf.

You find a number of late build 991.2 of all flavours have gpf the cut off date for manufacturers was pre September 2018 so some cars that were registered after this date (68plate)but built before summer factory shut down will still be non gpf. The Gpf cars also have the newer emissions test ratings so are higher than cars without.
