I don't think there is a warranty beyond the CRA 2015
When I find the right car it will be looked after by my trusted Indy as it will be a long term keeper so an OPC warranty is not relevant. I ran my last GT4 (981) for nearly 5yrs and whilst it was under OPC warranty the whole time I never had a single issue. Yes, I'm aware of the usual suspect failure items along with the alternative repair options instead of replacing parts.
Fair enough it's just I recently had a warranty claim with a well known indi and all they were prepared to pay was a derisory amount . Figured worth pointing out as you listed the car not from an OPC.

22 PDK, an ex-PH'rs car (the one with both yellow and silver stitching). I was looking at this but it was at the other end of the country and I was too busy to go view-owner got in touch last week to say Porsche had offered £72k and I could have it for £73k if I wanted. He very kindly gave me the weekend to think about it but Porsche got back in touch and offered him £73k straight cash sale by the end of the day.
Just on case you wonder how much Porsche have on these cars!

They normally work for higher margins! 22 PDK, an ex-PH'rs car (the one with both yellow and silver stitching). Not bad 11k margin for a warranty and a wash.
So it’s
2 year warranty
111 check
hourly rate to do the above
probably some tyres , pads, air con and s
t like that
Clean and valet
20% VAT on all of that
Margin
Advertising fees and photo costs
More margin
Depreciation of asset if not sold quickly and cash outlay to buy
Will want to clear £3k profit for the hassle

It will be a 111 point check, which it flys through as the cars always been under warranty. Then it will have their poor out sourced valet and back up for £10k to 15k more and hope for the best it sells!
They wouldn’t have paid a strong 73k for it unless it was perfect.

From what I’ve seen with px offers from OPC they normally look to work on greater margins than 11k.If the others posters corset and they paid as much as 73k for this one’s their margin is on the lower side of what I’ve know them to work to.
The last car I offered a opc on SOR they wanted a minimum of 10k commission for the hassele, it has less than a 1000 miles on the clock and was less than a year old!
£87k for low mileage & high spec car
Used for NA Caymans now production ceasing is the only market for OPC
Hard to see any future ICE cayman being NA and that’s along time off and most likely a lot more expensive
These late high spec low mileage GT4’s i expect will become more rare and sort after moving forward
Price will be whatever based on demand so it is what it is and market forces will dictate that

The opc buyer said that’s our policy and that the minimum they were willing to make on the car, it was all a bit one sided. In the end I traded it to another opc who made a fair offer to buy outright and collect from my house.
Personally wouldn’t want to be selling a GT car into the trade at the moment.
My 981 GT4 went on SOR with my favourite OPC this time last year. Can't remember exactly what they ended up with from the deal, but it was a way south of £10k. For that the car and I got a fair bit more than a wash and a warranty.
Photographed, marketed on their website, marketed on Autotrader, 111 point check, delightfully exhibited in their used car showroom which they have to heat, light and maintain. Regular check-ins with very down to earth used sales manager to make sure we had priced right and I was happy with their approach. (Presumably they need to pay him reasonably well.)
When we did get a serious offer, but some paint and new front splitter needed, did me a great deal on the work and parts.
I probably could have ended up with £1-2k more in my bank account had I tried to sell privately. Would likely have been a fair bit less if I had sold into the trade. But it was actually of some emotional value that I knew a car I cherished was being sold at a fair price, with a Porsche used warranty, to someone that might have noticed how well-cared for it was for an 8 1/2 year old car. (Clearly didn't value the track-day patina on the front bumper and the well-worn front splitter though. I took their point!)
Honestly, even if it cost me £3k compared to selling privately, which I somehow doubt as they weren't really moving this time last year... I'd go with SOR at the dealer again in a heartbeat. Looking at advertised prices of similar cars today, I'm guessing the current owner must be pretty chuffed with the deal too.

I can t speak for the overall 911 GT market as i m not close to it but if you look at the 718 PDK GT4 market i find it interesting you can buy a high spec late model 2023 with low mileage for let s say £84k - £88k vs a brand new base 718 4.0 GTS plus VRT for £80k or there are the last few well spec models over £90k plus VRT
I do think this makes the used GT4 market at current prices a decent price band and you do get a lot of car with the great NA set up
If they were still making the 718 GT4 you would have to think with the last few years porsche price hikes plus VRT it would of been near £95k - £100k new for a base PDK model
I think these GT4’s ( manual & PDK) moving forward will look cheap in the wider market economics of new cars and would not surprise me to see prices rise / at least stay flat over the next few years
