The more I see it in the GT Silver and Gold, the more I like it. I’d go red interior also.
I was on white, but that does look really stunning. Hopefully a few more pictures will be around before I have to lockdown the spec.

Same ere. My opc said no built slots been given out yet
Deffo silver. How about going for black and have a super rare 25 edition?
I reckon at least 70% silver. 20% white. So about 10 black cars in the uk

This is a new picture and it’s a different car from the one in California (or wherever it is they filmed the launch images and videos). Are there more. Agree the silver looks brilliant, especially in that light.

I have no idea what the finance would have been as i bought it out right. I dont do finance never have.
Obviously, I just don't get how you can say you don't get how someone can pay out £1200 a month on a car and in the next post say your car depreciated £3300 a month over the two years you owned it.
That was all. laugh

Oh i see what you mean now! Yes your right it did average out at £3300 a month on the Mclaren! But i pay for my cars (no finance) but we chopped in a R8 when we got it,so its not as bad as it sounds? If that makes sence smile

You said "I just can't get how anyone could spend £1400 a month on a car."

And then a few posts later you said you lost £80,000 on your McClaren over 24 months, so £3333 a month.

I originally just put that, and then later added the other bit, as I thought it maybe it didn't come across as the joke I meant it to be.

I pointed out, quite often there is very little in it cost wise, but not tying up huge chunks of money in metal and and letting someone else take the residual risk can make the ownership experience sweeter for some people.

I do get you see lots of 25 year olds with M3s who still live with Mum and Dad who then moan they can't afford their own place too, which I think is a real problem and a bubble that will hit them hard come retirement!

My OPC will be getting their (2) build slot dates sometime next week. Going silver, black roof and red interior. If anyone is after a set of 718 GT4 Dunlop’s I have a delivery mileage set for sale in the Pistonheads Classifieds👍

Silver with a red hood is a given. Just wavering still over the full slaughterhouse interior or the more restrained black. Anybody know what color stitching a full leather black interior will have? Does one have to pay for silver stitching which would be the obvious choice for a silver car. Otherwise all done.

According to the configurator contrast stitching is £1900 - the same as the regular cars.

Bonkers eek

Almost 2 grand for what is, in essence, a tiny drop of dye on a small bobbin of cotton.

You've already paid for the cotton itself and the processes to attach it to the seats.

Definitely 1 option you wont get your money back .but does look good on a black interior
