Anyone else having trouble ?
Vodaphone tracker on my new boxster. Says I’ve got to take it back the the opc to be rectified. Seems a load off hassle
My opc being 120 miles away.

Anyone getting Vodafone tracker issues on their older cars?

I received an email last week that my 2006 car's tracker has failed its health check. Am wondering if it's a coincidence or not...

Yes, I have exactly the same issue/correspondence on my July 2020 Cayman. Similar distance to OPC. And OPCs are booking up 4-6 weeks into the future (so no prioritisation of this as an issue), and a non-working tracker invalidates the insurance, so not great all round.

I have an early MY2020 718 GT4 and haven't received a single email regarding these issues so I think it seems to affect MY2021 cars onwards?

I mentioned this to vodaphone earlier today. They weren’t interested tbh. Even though they agreed insurance would be invalid if stolen

My Jan 21 GT4 is in with local OPC today ( 3rd time ) they assure me the new update will rectify the issue once and for all, but may need the car for 2 days..

My local opc Solihull just rang me. They will need it for 2 days apparently to do the hard reset.

Solihull supposedly did a hard reset on my Spyder the other week and still no connectivity. B25 has never connected properly.

Vodafone have told me both need a hard reset, so I think it will be a trip to Silverstone for both cars and hopefully a reset will do the job.

Yeah my b25 has had problems from day 1. I don’t like the the thought of having have the seat or seats removed or lots of work done on my car.

I had untold problems with this system on my first Macan in 2014 and after not using it on 2 more Macans and 2 Boxsters I have no intention of using it on my B25. However after reading this I thought I'd see if it was connecting and surprise surprise the app claims the car doesn't exist.

I hope you guys get this sorted.

Cheers mate. I feel like phoning vodaphone and cancelling. Can I do this and get my money back ?

Update for an older car - I rang Vodafone and they did a health check while I was on the phone, which indicated all was fine.

GT4 2021 all working fine so maybe they’ve sorted it of late.

Yes you can cancel it but there’s no refund on what you’ve paid for subscription.
Thanks. Can’t get my car into the opc for the hard reset till mid to end Jan. Surely vodaphone must reimburse lost days
