Yes cost to change was too much an extra 9k
I couldn't justify it so took the cash
Hopefully will get a private sale for 1
Good to hear nothing technically wrong with the white car (apart from the price!I couldn't justify it so took the cash

)Would you be willing to share the cost per mile of depreciation for a short ownership of the black car? It’s always in the back of mind when considering these cars, totally understand if you don’t want to share.
Good luck with your search for the next one

So, they advertised your car for £3k more than the white manual but your cost to change was £9k? That seems excessive.
No my car is advertised for less then the white manual at 49995 the white one being 51995But they gave me a lot less than that on buying and the cost to change would of been too significant to justify.

I lost 6k but had a lifetime of smiles per mile on my Dolomites road trip.So man maths justified it,I honestly thought the car was utterly brilliant in every department. I have only sold to repeat the same thing next year with a different car.

I did try and sell the car privately but the huge gap in the service history between 2016 and 2022 and not being all porsche history put people off that and the car already having 6 keepers.
Much easier option for a dealer offering finance and part exchange options I guess plus warranty.

Apologies, I mistakenly thought yours was the blue ex Keith Flint car.But they gave me a lot less than that on buying and the cost to change would have been too significant to justify.
Hi. I am looking at the white manual car at Ashgoods. Does anyone on here have any info regarding this car LY11 EEP.
I am coming from long term TVR ownership of which I have loved every minute. But after 15 years it is time for a change. Really looking forward to a test drive. Think it will be a very different experience.

I dont have any info on it but you could have it inspected whilst at Ashgoods.Or have it put up on the inspection ramp at ashgoods I'm sure they would accommodate.
It has had about 6 owners last for 7 years or so
Clean MOT history going back.
They have just taken in a really low mileage 8k black manual that would be around mid 50's I suspect
I also know a chap selling 1 for 45k 2 owners he has had it 11 years in white with buckets and manual
So there are a few around especially now out of season.

I have come from a 400 bhp TVR to an RS60, pretty much identical performance.I am coming from long term TVR ownership of which I have loved every minute. But after 15 years it is time for a change. Really looking forward to a test drive. Think it will be a very different experience.
Yes, the tiv was quicker in acceleration, was rare, looked beautiful and turned heads wherever it went, but I do love my Porsche.
Easier to live with, addictive flat out howl, handles better on track, (have done several track days at Cadwell Park with TVRs) and in the back of your mind, so much safer, a/c and a tad more comfortable.
I do miss my old TVR, (I still get updates from the new owner 5 years on) but really enjoy the Porsche in the real world.

52 grand
Starting to make the 987 spyder look expensive even though the red interior trim pieces look a bit chintsy

The car has lived a cherished life, having been purchased by our vendor in 2025 for his wife, who unfortunately could not get on with the bucket seats, meaning the Spyder became surplus to requirements through lack of use.
Another auction type place so I'm not sure how realistic the price shown is at 45k https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/306562915694

Wrap the red interior plastic parts in carbon.
Install an Erisin (car play) headunit and some good speakers
Re-finish the wheels in silver
Lovely
So not just me that dislikes the red Barry details inside Install an Erisin (car play) headunit and some good speakers
Re-finish the wheels in silver
Lovely
I don't know how serious the weight saving is because they might not include speaker wiring but I doubt that - I'd be tempted to leave it without a stereo and just have a little Bluetooth speaker because who needs tunes when you're enjoying the thrill of driving - ok I do because most of my driving is just in city traffic
Description mentions aluminium doors - anyone know if true and what other cars share these doors?
