Looks like my car's sister! Mine had a day out at Castle Combe yesterday, very wet but great fun, showed how beautifully balanced these cars really are...

Black with linen leather , can’t wait for this to arrive
25-30 years ago I had this cars identical twin and covered starship miles in her. Fantastic cars. So much sweeter handling on road and track than my 997. Better or maybe I should say easier to drive well than 993, 964 and 3.2 Carrera and 930 turbo in my experience. Had some hilarious fun with friends on fast roads with their 911 Carrera/turbo v 944 turbo se. Every traffic light was a GP back in 1988 hehe

Any plans to tinker with her? What made you go for one of these?

My old 944 S2. Sold 18 years ago and was much missed. . .

. . . until I picked up my new 968 Sport three weeks ago!
How you finding the 968.
Oops. Bit late responding. Sorry.

It's been awesome. Daily'd it for the last 12 months and its been my favourite Porsche to date (I've had a 993 MO30 spec'd Carrera 4 and a 986 2.7 Boxster previously, in addition to my old 944 S2). The 968 chassis is sublime. It's my perfect 'drivers car'.

No plans to get rid of this one at all.

Sold my 993 over the Festive Period, so my 968 Sport has ironically become my Daily..

Just had a quick look at this thread.. what are these car ‘Tent’ type things? Never seen these before. Look like they would be practical & reasonably priced.

Every time I have washed the 968/993, I pack up all the equipment etc. and then rush to get the Car back in the Garage before one of them drops a st Bomb on it..

Hate the Seagulls round here - You should bring it along to a Heretics Meet in Shoreham (https://www.facebook.com/events/heritage-parts-centre/heretics-2020-vw-porsche-enthusiasts-meet/599393743961870/)

Jeremy, you would not believe how much money I have spent having this car welded. You might not believe how much filler was in the sills after you paid a specialist good money to repair them, too.
