Hi, I am looking to move on my 356 and want to sell through a dealer on a SOR basis, preferably in or around London.

Does anyone have a recommendation for this please?

Many thanks

If you want a Porsche specialist...I'd say JZM...they only deal in the best cars from experience.

Worth a chat with Tom at 911 Virgin although i'm not sure if a 356 might be a bit early for him...

Give him a shout on 01895 255222

Having spent quite some time at JZM yesterday even with their current depleted levels given the storage area prep, a 356 would fit in well given some of the very heavy metal they have.

Give Russ at JZM a call. They recently sold one of my cars in a little over a week and their fee is very reasonable.

When I was in JZM a few months ago they had a 356 they were having inspected by third parties for a customer (he’d bought it from another dealer.....) they told me that it’s not really an era of cars they know that well hence getting third parties to inspect it. If you’re going to JZM I’d also try DK Engineering (20 mins from JM) who have a couple of 356’s for sale and specialise a lot more in that era. The other one would be Maxted Page who seem to sell a lot of 356’s. Of the OPC’s Leeds are the one who seem to have 356’s quite regularly.

Another thumbs up for JZM, however they seem to be buying newer stuff these days and not so much on the classics..I think they have quite high-standards in terms of what they will resell, generally older stuff is in great condition..

You might have a chat with Steve Winter at Jaz Porsche who owns a 356 and is well known in 356 circles. He may know of people looking for a 356 or suggest who to sell through.

Try Robert Barrie.

Porsche specialist and decent guy - sold a car for me. Trustworthy and well known in Porsche circles.
