£18k, TT-RS every day of the week. It would murder a 968 on most roads.
Murder it, yes. Enjoyment, feel, feedback and many other areas, No. You would learn a lot more, have more fun and enjoy a 968 as a track day car far, far more.

(I have a 944 turbo and a TT btw)

After 11 years in a 944 turbo I don't think there's much left to learn. The 5 cylinder engine and s-tronic gearbox trump the 968 drive train for me.
S Tronic would be the most boring thing on track. The 968 is just not a car for you, we are all different and need different things. I think you would never see the value in a 968 cs. That’s not a problem, it is just not for you.

Now that would make a good run around. Didn't realise they were this cheap. Might try to steer the mrs in that direction!

That car has had so much work done to it, it’s unreal, I’ve seen most of it step by step in photos.

Really really good example.

Seems to be two top end rebuilds.
So it’s been driven hard. Good cosmetic condition though it seems.
Would be surprised to see it make the low end of the 35-50k estimate range.

Agreed the M030 needed to be a factory option.
I’ve often thought all these lhd cars need to be marketed In Europe but am always told on here that supply is plentiful over there in Germany/France/Italy etc and prices lower. I guess the owner who is here in uk and might be hoping the weak £ will attract European buyers possibly or a uk buyer who doesn’t mind driving lhd. Driving in the gutter would annoy me after the first week.

LHD cars were bought cheaper and in my (extensive) experience, frequently have an undisclosed history. German cars through Belgium, certainly.
