Time to slim down my collection. It is an out of control hobby. Just cannot help myself. So selling my 3.2 and my 2.4S before the next 911 arrives.
I enjoy the detail. These cars look so right from every angle. Perfection. Taking a very nice 911 and spending the time detailing, cleaning, polishing. Then standing back and admiring and in truth being proud to own such a masterpiece of engineering.

I can so relate to the out of control thing - it can get out of hand very quickly ; suddenly before you know it, you're convincing yourself that it's "ok" to get another one as this one is completely different to the other X cars you already own and actually it would be really handy to build another garage - it's a disease ! They are perfect bits of art, especially the old ones - I had a 3.2 Carerra and really miss it - never had an S but do have a perfect Silver 2.7RS replica (proper 2.7 MFI engine) - both such pretty cars.
Good luck with your sale

Ditto, I need help! Trouble is that my brother, wife and sons all share my passion for cars.My 930 goes in for an assessment tomorrow at Precision Porsche. Sure to be a long list of things to do.
Lovely to see them being used properly, I regularly see a RHD lightweight in Witney, older chap owns it and looks nice and well loved.
Problem is now with the values being so high, many come out of Autofarm or Francis Tuthill after an expensive concours restoration and go straight into storage.
