After a lot of rain yesterday evening the alarm starts going off, appears the car has taken in a lot of water, mostly in the passenger footwell. Could this be blocked drainage holes? Car given full big service mucho dosh in March by Porsche garage, wouldn't/shouldn't they check for this problem? What else could it be, hood seems sound and never had an issue before. Trying to dry it out with a dehumidifier at the mo, any help would be welcomed, gutted!

Don't worry too much, my 911 Targa leaks like a sieve and doesn't suffer apart from soggy sound insulation. The source of my leaks is probably more obvious than yours. You can do leak testing with smoke, there are some examples on Youtube.
