Recommended Porsche Specialists within 100 miles of Corsham
Discussion
Good evening ladies and gents
I am looking to relocate my Porsches and would like to find a great specialist to look after every aspect of them within approximately a 100 mile radius of Corsham, Wiltshire.
They are:
3.2 Carrera
964 RS
993 Turbo
So might anyone here strongly recommend a specialist with a great reputation and history who is particularly adept with the air cooled cars between 1985 & 2000 please ?
Many thanks

I would feel confident in recommending Northway Porsche.
They look after both water & air for me and I have seen all of the cars you have listed there several times.
They may not work for you, but give Ray a call and have a conversation, they have been in business a long time and I think you would struggle to find a bad word said.

I may give the 964RS to Autofarm for a post purchase inspection (only bought early this year) and see how they feel first.

Not exclusively servicing but there's also RPM Technik and JZM who are probably a similar distance from you. Both have excellent reputations.
I did come across RPM Technik just this week, and i have spoken to JZM previously but not bought from them so do not know them, though i had an inkling they were decentWhen I look at the resto work and calibre of some cars Autofarm have worked on would you guys not agree that they seem to be right up at the top ? I spoke to them this afternoon and was told that of the 2 guys working especially on air cooled cars one of them has been there since the late 70s !! I love that kind of response.

Thank you. But you surely cannot be suggesting there are over 50 Brilliant Porsche garages in the south of England alone? I was looking for the best ones. CheersDubmaC said:

It was mainly because I'd see the names of places and not be able to keep track of where things were. Having said that, I've only added ones that I've heard have had a good review.DubmaC said:

I just checked out what pictures I could find of the Autofarm garage online. I was unimpressed by their yard, but then it is called ´farm´ so I guess the clues were there. Perhaps it really does not matter what the place looks like as long as the expertise is there, which it must be judging by some of the high profile cars that have passed through there. Just that my current place, Precision Porsche, is clean and pristine, its just not that convenient to get too and from any more and I was looking for someone more dedicated to aircooled specifically. When I look at the resto work and calibre of some cars Autofarm have worked on would you guys not agree that they seem to be right up at the top ?
