Does anyone know how many of these exist and where the best place(s) to look for one? I haven't seen one for sale for some time and would be interested.

Autofarm, Maxted Page, Tuthill are three companies you could start with. Don’t think they’re particularly rare although depends on what you’re looking for!

I know of a good 1970 RHD 911E for sale. Harder to find RHD cars generally but they come up if you persevere.

JAZ in St Albans have an absolutely mint metallic blue 71 2.2S in RHD. Not sure if it will be for sale but worth an ask.

£110k for a T is a very chunky ask price isn’t it? I thought you could get an E for that money. I must be out of date, or is it 2014 again....

Alan Drayson, at Canford Classics is restoring my 2.4S, he sells a few, and whoever said be careful on rust was exactly right - I had no idea how much effort goes into getting these right. Thankfully there are very few of them! At least that's what I tell myself!

Completely restored by Alan at Canford Classics, car needs nothing and it is a joy to drive.

Of course you could buy a 70k one that will cost as much to put it right! smile

It's a slightly odd ad. On one hand it's a matching numbers 2,4T. Don't be put of by it being bottom of the range, the T was great too.

Then you read on and it's a 2.8 with LSD and S suspension with 200bhp. It's probably brilliant. but it needs to be!
