928s loss of power

Was out in my 928s 1984 4.7 uk rhd , red warning light would come on when driving over bumps in the road ,would go out when breaking. the break wear sensor wires have been cut and taped up could they be touching going over bumps,
don't know if this is related

was driving loss of power came to a halt , would not start as if no fuel , went to check fuel pump fuse 23 ,noticed fuse no 13 had blown replaced it car started straight away , in the fuse list no 13 is blank any advice is fuel pump on its way out or will it be ok ,or why did fuse blow replacing fuse is not a fix, lost confidence in driving the car

Check your brake fluid in the first instance, unsure re fuel pump.
