Andrew, how many miles on your K now?
Yeah it would be good to hear, I wonder how easy it is to live with on a regular basis or if it's just an occasional thrash machine.

Up to around 1,500 now and I am loving every moment. It continues to surprise me how much nervous excitement I have when I know I’m taking the car out. The noise as you build to the red line is just so addictive. I will try and sort out a video. The car is simply like nothing else I’ve driven.

How many engine rebuilds in those 1,500 miles?

I just watched the Chris Harris piece on it again. 846kg, revs to 11k. This is the way cars are supposed to be. Richard Tuthill is hilarious with his driving as well.

Those 1,500 miles must have been a rush!

Brilliant.

What the video doesn’t convey is how intense an experience it is in the cabin. My car has slightly less sound deadening (at my request) which probably contributes to this smile

Good luck with completion. A photo of the 911K parked out the front ought to be a nice way to commemorate any such stressful period coming to an end. biggrin

I assumed Ben Collins

But seemingly not.

Edit to add, that McMurtry spin looks to be fast, “violent” and uncatchable …
