Hi all,

I'm just finalising the spec for my spider and the only thing I am undecided on is the sports exhaust, had the standard system on the coupe but thinking it will add to the experience with it being a spider.

Has anyone had experience of both systems, is it worth the extra, does it drone an normal speeds. Or should I just opt for an aftermarket system instead. Any experience of the Larini system/costs?

Shame the sports exhaust is not switchable like on the 911's then it would be a no brainier!

Thanks in advance

TP

No brainer for me..........MUST have option...................and wouldn't entertain aftermarket until I no longer wanted to be concerned about the warranty....

I would go for the MSO option to be honest, not a lot more then the sports exhaust and according to my dealership sounds like a 675LT!

This is good advice. The MSO is twice as good as sports for +25% price!

Have driven two 570S's with the windows down back-to-back. One with Sports Exhaust and one with the MSO.

The MSO is absolutely fantastic, proper noise, rich and tuneful but incredibly aggressive. If I were speccing one it would have to be the MSO.

The Sports Exhaust is good, far better than the standard one but the MSO is another level. As has been said, so much better for only 25% more.

MSO all the way

drove a 570 with standard exhaust yesterday at the dealer's and the sound was really disappointing; the MSO exhaust on my 650 CanAm is absolutely fantastic.

I had mine built for me by Thorney Motorsport

Beautifully made, cat back only, superb sound and decent resale value.
