Ended up driving the 488 through town yesterday evening, usually something I try and avoid, when some guy in a 2019 Hyundai decided to scream “POOF!” at me as he drove past. It just amazes me in this day and age that people still have the ignorance to buy a brand new Hyundai.

I quite agree. I currently have a Tuscon SUV on loan while my DD is repaired and it's utterly dismal.

An imaginative insult if ever I heard one.

The really sad part about all of this is, the Hyundai guy apparently has some sort of issue with Ferrari owners because of what they drive, but at the same time, Ferrari guys apparently have just as big an issue with a Hyundai owner because of what he drives!

I bet you guys can't even see the irony in that! rolleyes

Really? - You'd consider killing yourself before you'd drive a Hyundai? - Why? Because it's so beneath you?

You're that shallow, you have to be seen driving flash cars only?

I call bullsh!t!

I bet if someone really gave you the option of either driving a Hyundai, or blowing your brains out/hanging yourself/slashing your wrists/drowning yourself/stepping into the path of a speeding train/throwing yourself off a bridge or cliff etc., etc.,etc., you'd drive the fcensoredking car every time!

(I'm sure you think joking around about killing yourself rather than driving a Hyundai is something really clever and funny to post, but I can tell you, having had a friend who, at the age of 30 decided to strap a rope around his neck, and drop himself down through his open attic hatch to end it all, suicide isn't something to joke about!)

Calm down bud.

My dis on Hyundais was supposed to be a lighthearted joke, I have a few friends with them. It was an attempt at humour as his main failing was shouting homophobic slurs at random people...

Were you forced to drive in a Hyundai as a child?

+1

Classic setup and payoff. Don't know why anyone would get cheesed off at an obvious joke. Replace Hyundai with any other marque if it helps.

Eh? Where was the humour in that? Assuming it actually happened.

The world’s gone completely mad.
