The finished products look superb and will transform the finish of the interior. Love seeing this sort of care on these cars.

Just had my Granturismo radio front done, a really superb result, though a pig of a job for him I believe

Yep, seriously. This isn’t a 2 minute job to refurbish: strip, primer, paint, laser edge, final coating. It all takes time and I’m sure Roland isn’t standing around idly waiting for a set of parts to arrive and then jump on them. He’s got plenty work on.
Previously you’d have to ship the parts to the states, imagine how long that would have taken.
Here’s hoping you get the car back soon thumbup
Then you and I disagree. Three weeks drifting into four is taking the piss.

As said above send them to USA and see how long that takes. Just over 4 weeks from when I sent my radio to him before getting it back. It's a complex process, but the results are worth it. Suggest you try and be a bit more understanding of the process

I’m not sure why you keep banging on about the US, of course it’s going to take longer but I’m not sending them there. It’s a bit like me saying my car only does 30mpg and then you saying you should try owning a V12, it’s a pointless comparison.

Three plus weeks is too long, suggest you try understanding my position.

You need to refrain from being an arrogant arse IMHO, you clearly have no idea of what is involved. If you were my customer you would get your unfinished bits back in a bag and told where to go. Your self entitled attitude does you no favours

Lol, my self-entitled attitude - love it! Trust me pal, you wouldn’t get my custom if you were the last person on this planet. I pay for a thing, I expect to get a thing but I don’t want to wait eons for it with zero comms. Quite how that works out in your weird little world as ‘self-entitled’ is beyond me.

Jog on.

Anyway sorry for thread drift, ignoring arrogant, self entitled clowns like Spleen, the work done is of a very high qualiity, the attention to detail is superb and it may take a little longer but the results are well worth the wait. This is the only option available in the UK which means not having to send parts to Spain, USA, or Czech Republic. Based on the quality of the work done on mine I can only give 10/10 for quality, OK some may think 4 weeks is too long but for a perfect job it's worth it IMHO. thumbup

What's the matter with you, you sanctimonious onanist? My God, PH never fails to deliver with its never-ending supply of idiots and internet hard men.

Ah - OK. I was googling "roland sticky plastics" and similar and got a load of irrelevant hits.
Trolling pensioners aside, the link I found above is wrong. It's these guys:

The chap who got his done for £350 got a remarkable deal, I paid significantly more for mine and I think I had less bits to refurb. Still, the rest of my car is in such good condition that they should round it off quite nicely.

It does, I got a discount as well. And your point is what, exactly? I had a good chat with Roland earlier, a thoroughly decent chap unlike some. If you want to perpetuate the stupidness on this thread, fill your boots.

Just saying maybe it’s nice to be nice . Hence you got a discount on paying more for less . The other chap must have been extra nice .

Lol, of course! Maybe if I’d been extra extra super nice, on the internet, I’d have got them for free. Maybe even a debit note, right?

Hi Everyone.
It's Roland@ Sticky Plastics UK- I've been highlighted to this post - my original user name has been blocked so my other half has created an account. (Please allow this post mod) Comments have been noted above - thank you. Aldous from AV is a great guy that has pushed the service for me as well as others inc main dealers. I'm open to discussion on quicker return times if so desired. If the job in hand was so easy don't you think we wouldn't have more doing it. Food for thought... Sorry to the jobs that took a little longer than expected. Regards Roland.

Grumbles aside (and you should never take words on a screen too seriously although some do), top work on my switches - thanks.
